You Oughta Know: May Blog Hop

I know, I know. . . 2 posts in one day?! I don't know about you, but I need a little a lot of motivation around this time of year! And I love Buzzing with Mrs. McClain's monthly blog hop! There are tons of fantastic tips and ideas that you oughta know!
This month with Open House on the brain,  I'm sharing two SIMPLE ways to display student work; both made from materials found in every teacher workroom! The first display is an easel made from two cardboard pencil boxes.
The second display is a stand to display papers or student-books. (Think decorative plate display stand), but made of poster board.
You can download your copy of the template here. Super simple!

  1. Wow! I love this. I am totally digging the display stand for books. I can def use this when kids want to display their work sample!

    1. Thanks for stopping by, Kristin! The stands are so quick & effective! You could probably make it bigger to hold bigger books, etc! Another quick tip is to put 2 small pieces of tape (one on either side of the stand) to adhere to the table/shelf. It keeps it from falling over if people knock into the table! :)
